Ok it's 6am and I am very, very tired. Not really thinking straight right now, and everything's kinda spinning. Couldn't decide what category this belonged to (that would require thinking), so its all miscellaneous.
Was the last poster in a series of four, promoting the 'creative team' I'm in at university. The first 3 posters, were of Da Vinci, Beethoven and Picasso, key creative figures in history, with the fourth representing the student - thus there only being an outline of a head, as it's kinda hard to sterotype a student. It was supposed to reflect a graphic design-ish feel, but I haven't developed that type of perspective yet, so it came out all mutated..
Used primarily photoshop, and my first time with Illustrator - which I've realised has a lot of new, exciting possibilities which I've yet to indulge in..
Anyway, enjoy and I may put up the 3 posters as well, though they're not very exciting...
Wow, really great pic. I love the colors!
The whoel pic looks great with all those different kinds of things on it - you put them together really great
Hey you long time no hear Yeh I've only just learnt how to use that pen tool and now i can draw some nice clean lines, where in the past I used to do it manually, and badly.. I actually prefer Illustrator to Freehand because Freehand makes it a pain to render things that would normally take two seconds.. Still getting used to having to see shapes ...
